This title may not seem appealing to some of you, but imagine there was a magic antidote to the pain, agony and hardship of studying. Say there was a way to make learning EASIER and more EFFICIENT. Today, I’m going to give you that answer, although I can’t promise you’ll like it…


Well done to those fit freaks who LOVE to get a sweat on and squeeze the gym into intense studying schedules, you have actually aided in the production of new, improved, super students!

The UK NHS Website states: “Not only is exercise good for your overall health and fitness, but it also boosts your mental wellbeing.

Exercise will help keep you calm during exams. You’ll feel more energised and refreshed, and that will help you perform better in your studies.”

In fact, just regularly increasing physical activity by just a few minutes may aid concentration and memory, boost energy levels and send those happy hormones (endorphins) shooting around the body… Making you study more effectively, with a smile!
