Quickly, before you shower this morning…
Drink half a glass of water.
Run on the spot for a minute.
Do 50 squats.
50 star jumps.
Drink another half glass of water.
Then do 50 walking lunges.
50 press ups.
A couple of one minute planks. (Think about activating core and glutes).
Now have your fresh, healthy breakfast, another glass of water, and a shower.
Now you are ready to start your day the RIGHT WAY. Enjoy!
