        Safiyah Esack

Safiyah has been in the health & fitness industry, in the UK, since she began working at 18.

Her current qualifications include; B-Tec in Sport, ASA Level 2 Swimming Instructor, NVQ Level 2 Swimming Instructor, Apprenticeship in Swimming Teaching & Coaching, OCR Level 2 Group Exercise, QCF Level 3 Personal Trainer, NVQ Level 3 Personal Training, 1st4Sport Level 2 specialising in the Leisure Industry & Organisational Awareness, QCF Level 3 specialising in Employment Awareness; as well as CPD courses in Swimming Techniques, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Obesity, Sports Conditioning, Weight Lifting Techniques, Pre/post Natal, Sports Injuries and Functional Training.

Safiyah worked in different locations across the South Coast of the UK; following an ambition for greater employment opportunities, she moved to London and became heavily affiliated with some of the top sports brands, supplement companies and clothing labels. Safiyah worked Freelance around the city as a Personal Trainer, Swimming Coach and Group Exercise Instructor; while Fitness Managing for the UK’s number 1 Health Club chain.

2012, Safiyah moved to South Africa. Now residing in Cape Town, she is running her own Personal Training company specifically for women. Her current vision is that of improving the health of the women around her, creating awareness and ultimately changing lives.
